- 4 pineapple slices
- 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 tsp. seeded and chopped habanero chili pepper
- 1/2 cup Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce
- 2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
1Grill or cook pineapple in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, 6 minutes or until caramelized. Set aside.
2Melt Spread in same skillet and cook habanero chili pepper, stirring, 30 seconds. Add caramel sauce and pineapple and cook, stirring, 2 minutes or until heated through.
3Arrange pineapple on dessert plates. Scoop Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream on top and drizzle with sauce.
