Belgian Waffles 'n Strawberries
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sliced strawberries, divided
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 (4-1/2-in. ea.) frozen Belgian waffles [or regular waffles], toasted
- 4 scoops Breyers® Natural Strawberry Ice Cream [or Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream] (about 2 cups)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In medium bowl, with fork, mash 1/2 cup strawberries; stir in sugar, then remaining strawberries. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
- On dessert plates, arrange toasted waffles. Top with Breyers® Natural Strawberry Ice Cream, then spoon on strawberry mixture.
