INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup low fat granola cereal
  • 2 cups cut-up assorted fruit (mixed berries, bananas, mangoes, pineapple)
  • 1 cup Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Vanilla Light Ice Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sprinkle 1/2 of the granola into 2 parfait glasses. Top with 1/2 of the fruit, then Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Vanilla Light Ice Cream. Top with remaining granola and fruit, then drizzle with honey.
