Grilled Bananas & Pecan Sundaes

These sundaes are even better when the grilled bananas are still warm!

  • 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans


  1. Melt Spread with brown sugar in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes to cool; brush on bananas. Grill or broil bananas, brushing frequently with remaining mixture, 8 minutes or until bananas are heated and lightly golden. Cut warm bananas into 2-inch chunks and divide into 4 serving dishes. Top with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, then drizzle with topping and garnish with pecans.
