Banana Caramel Sundaes

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup sliced store-bought shortbread cookies (about 14 squares)
  • 1/2 cup Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups Breyers® Coffee Ice Cream


  1. Spread melted chocolate evenly over bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Let stand until set, about 20 minutes.
  2. Hold a straight edged metal spatula against the baking dish just inside the edge of chocolate at 45-degree angle. Apply gentle, steady pressure, and pull spatula across chocolate to make shavings; set aside.
  3. Evenly divide half the cookies in 4 serving glasses. Add 1 tablespoon Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce to each glass. Evenly add half the bananas. Repeat layers. Top each with 1/2 cup Breyers® Coffee Ice Cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
