Iced Orange Bombe

  • 2 large oranges
  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. orange liqueur (optional)
  • 2 cups Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves


  1. Cut oranges in half and scoop out flesh, reserving orange peels. Place peels in an 8 x 8-inch baking pan and freeze 15 minutes.
  2. Combine orange flesh, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks, sugar and liqueur (if using) in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat 3 minutes, or until Spread melts. Strain, pressing on orange solids with spoon to remove juices. Makes about 1 cup.
  3. Scoop 1/2 cup Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla into each orange half. Top with orange sauce and garnish with a mint sprig.
