INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kellogg's® Eggo® Thick & Fluffy Original waffles
  • 1/2 dried apricot
  • 2 slices peeled kiwi fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. Kellogg's® Smart Start® Strong Heart Antioxidants cereal
  • 1 large scoop Breyers® French Vanilla Ice Cream (1/2 cup)
  • 2 slices banana
  • 3 blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare Kellogg's® Eggo® Thick & Fluffy Original waffle according to package directions. Cool about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut apricot into three pieces for "mouth". Set aside.
  3. Place waffle on small serving plate. Place kiwi fruit slices on top of waffle for "ears". Spread Kellogg's® Smart Start® Strong Heart Antioxidants cereal on waffle, covering waffle and bottom half of each kiwi slice.
  4. Center ice cream on top of cereal. Use small spoon to make indentations in ice cream for "eye" placements. Place banana slices on ice cream for "eyes". Place two of the blueberries on banana slices for center of "eyes". Place remaining blueberry on ice cream for "nose". Press apricot pieces into ice cream for "mouth". Serve immediately.
