Unfried Ice Cream "Donuts"

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup toasted cinnamon cereal, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
  • 2 cups Breyers® Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Breyers™ Chocolate Flavored Ice Cream Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Toss cereal and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread on sheet. Bake 6 minutes or until toasted. Cool completely.
  2. Shape Breyers® Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 (1/2-cup) balls, then freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  3. Evenly coat Ice Cream with cereal. Press to flatten slightly, then shape a hole in the center to make a donut shape. Freeze until ready to serve. Serve with Breyers™ Chocolate Flavored Ice Cream Sauce.
  4. Arrange Ice Cream on serving plates. Drizzle, if desired with chocolate syrup.
