No Bake Pumpkin Pie a la Mode

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (15 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
  • 4 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9-inch pie plate with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in bowl; press into bottom and up sides of prepared pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
  3. Beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup sugar in bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until blended; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with Breyers° Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
