Spicy Vanilla Caramel Pineapple Sundaes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 tsp. seeded and chopped habanero chili pepper
  • 1/2 cup Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce
  • 2 cups Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grill or cook pineapple in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, until caramelized, about 6 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Melt Spread in same skillet and cook habanero chili pepper, stirring, 30 seconds. Add Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce and pineapple and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  3. Arrange pineapple on dessert plates. Top with Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla and drizzle with sauce.
