Ingredients
3 firm ripe pears, sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
1/4 cup apricot brandy, peach schnapps or brandy
2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
Toss pears with lemon juice in medium bowl. Melt Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook pears, brown sugar and nutmeg, tossing gently, 4 minutes or until pears are almost tender.
Meanwhile, heat brandy in 1-quart saucepan, but do not boil. Carefully light brandy with a match. Carefully pour flaming brandy over pears. Serve pear mixture over Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
