Belgian Waffles 'N Strawberries

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 frozen Belgian waffles [or regular waffles] (4-1/2 in. ea.), toasted
  • 4 scoops Breyers® Natural Strawberry Ice Cream [or Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream] (about 2 cups)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In medium bowl, with fork, mash 1/2 cup strawberries; stir in sugar, then remaining strawberries. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
  2. On dessert plates, arrange toasted waffles. Top with Breyers® Natural Strawberry Ice Cream, then spoon on strawberry mixture.
