Cuban Coffee Affogato

An affogato is an Italian dessert 'drowning' in espresso.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Vanilla Light Ice Cream
  • 1 cup strong brewed espresso coffee

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Evenly spoon sugar into 4 small coffee cups. Evenly top with Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Vanilla Light Ice Cream, then pour in espresso.
