Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) strawberries
- 1 cup (250 mL) raspberries
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) sugar
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) low fat granola cereal
- 1/2 container (1.66 L.) Breyers® ½ the Fat Vanilla Light Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed
Directions

Process strawberries, raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in food processor or blender until smooth. Evenly spoon in 250 mL berry sauce, then half of the granola into 4 tall glasses. Evenly top with Breyers® ½ the Fat Vanilla Light Ice Cream, then whipped topping. Drizzle each with 15 mL berry sauce, then sprinkle with remaining granola. Serve with remaining berry sauce.
