Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) strawberry jam or raspberry jam
- 3 cups (750 mL) sliced cut-up fruits, (strawberries, pineapple, banana)
- 2 cups (500 mL) Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Light Ice Cream Vanilla Bean
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) low fat granola cereal
Directions

Combine strawberry jam with fruit in medium bowl. Evenly spoon Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Light Ice Cream Vanilla Bean into 4 parfait glasses. Evenly top with fruit, then granola. Garnish, if desired, with mint.
