Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) margarine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) rum or apple juice
- 4 bananas, cut into 1-inch- (2.5cm) thick slices
- 2 cups (500 mL) Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions

Microwave sugar, margarine and rum in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 20 seconds or until melted; stir until smooth.

Arrange each sliced banana on a 12 x 18 inch (30 x 45 cm) piece heavy-duty aluminum foil, then evenly drizzle with Spread mixture. Wrap foil loosely around mixture, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Arrange each pouch on another 12 x 18 inch (30 x 45 cm) sheet of foil; seal edges airtight with double fold in opposite direction.

Grill, shaking packages occasionally and turning packages once, 6 minutes or until bananas are tender and caramelized. Open pouches, then evenly top with Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
