Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) margarine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) brown sugar
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 cups (500 mL) Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped pecans
Directions

Melt margarine with brown sugar in small saucepan over low heat, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes to cool; brush on bananas.

Grill or broil bananas, brushing frequently with remaining mixture, 8 minutes or until bananas are heated and lightly golden.

Cut warm bananas into 2-inch (5-cm) chunks, then divide into 4 serving dishes. Top with Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, then drizzle with topping and garnish with pecans.
