  • 1 cup (250 mL) pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Imperial® margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) pecan halves
  • 1 (23 cm.) frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • 4 cups (1 L) Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs and Imperial® margarine in large bowl. Stir in pecans. Pour into frozen crust. Place on baking sheet and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool on wire rack 2 hours.

  3. Serve topped with Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
