Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) sugar
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) lemon juice or to taste
- 1 can (470 g.) sliced peaches in light syrup, drainied
- 4 scoops Breyers® ½ the Fat Vanilla Light Ice Cream

Process raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in food processor or blender until smooth; set aside.

Evenly spoon peaches into 4 dessert dishes. Top with Breyers® ½ the Fat Vanilla Light Ice Cream, then drizzle with raspberry sauce.
