Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) light corn syrup
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) bourbon whiskey
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) pecan halves
- 1 (9-in.) (23 cm) frozen deep-dish pie crust
- 4 cups (1 L) Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F(180 C).

Combine sugar, corn syrup, eggs, bourbon and margarine in large bowl. Stir in pecans. Pour into frozen crust. Place on baking sheet and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool on wire rack 2 hours.
