- 1/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
- 3 cups Breyers® Original Coffee Ice Cream
- 12 (3-in.) chocolate cookies

Combine chocolate chips, pecans and cinnamon; set aside. Sandwich 1/2 cup Breyers® Original Coffee Ice Cream between 2 cookies, then roll ice cream into nut mixture; repeat with remaining cookies. Freeze until ready to serve.
