Ingredients
- 2 cups of Breyers butter pecan ice-cream, softened
- 2 cups of self-rising flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the softened Butter Pecan Ice Cream, flour, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
