Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 tbsp dairy-free butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Breyers Non-Dairy Vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the dairy-free butter (or coconut oil).

  2. While the butter melts, combine the sliced peaches, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl, mixing until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the peaches in a single layer on the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the peaches are softened and golden brown.

  4. Remove from heat and transfer the caramelized peaches to serving bowls.
