Scoop your favorite Breyers flavor and shape into balls.
Place on a lined tray and freeze for 2 hours, or until completely solid.
Crush your coating of choice (graham crackers, cookies, or cereal) into crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
Toss the crumbs into a shallow bowl. For extra flavor, mix in a little cinnamon or sugar.
Whisk the eggs, then quickly dip each frozen scoop into the egg wash. Roll in the coating until fully covered. For extra crunch, repeat the coating step.
Return the coated scoops to the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until completely firm. Overnight is even better.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the basket or line it with perforated parchment paper.
Place the scoops in the basket and air fry for 1–2 minutes — just long enough to crisp the outside while keeping the center cold. Handle gently with a spatula or tongs.
Top with chocolate syrup, whipped cream or crushed cookies. Serve immediately and enjoy.
