- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained*
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. rum or coconut flavored rum
- 2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted if desired
Cook oranges, marmalade and rum in small saucepan until heated through.
Scoop Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 goblets or dessert dishes, then top with warm orange mixture and coconut.
*SUBSTITUTION: Use one large seedless orange, sectioned, with outer membrane removed.
