  • 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water (optional)
  • 1 cup Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
  • Cookies (optional)

  • Bring brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream and margarine to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook, without stirring, 6 minutes or until thickened; remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted with wire whisk. Stir in coffee mixture; cool slightly.

  • To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons sauce into 4 wide-mouthed Champagne or martini glasses. Evenly top with scoops of Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream. Drizzle with additional sauce, then garnish with whipped cream and cookies.

TIP: Sauce can be doubled and stored, covered, in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave.
