- 2 cups caramel corn
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2 scoops Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 pinch coarse sea salt
Microwave: Place the caramel corn in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Place a small glass bowl upside down into the warmed caramel corn and press firmly so that the caramel corn sticks to the rim of the bowl.
Assemble: Pour enough caramel topping into the bottom of the glass bowl to coat completely. Add 1 scoop Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream; drizzle some more caramel, add the last scoop of ice cream and drizzle the last of the caramel over the ice cream. Sprinkle with sea salt.
