Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Breyers® Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl with electric mixer until blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add Breyers® Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream and beat until smooth and creamy.

With mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour and baking soda just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Cover dough and chill for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350°. Roll 2 Tbsp. dough into balls and place 2-in. apart on baking sheets. Press balls down slightly with the palm of your hand or back of spatula to flatten slightly.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until just golden brown around the edges. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
