Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a standing mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat melted butter, melted Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and sugars until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Slowly beat in flour just until combined. Stir in HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup and chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into prepared baking pan.

  3. Bake about 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Remove from oven; cool completely.

  4. Cut into 12 squares. Serve with a scoop of Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and drizzle with HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup.
