Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream for serving

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • In a standing mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat melted butter, melted Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and sugars until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Slowly beat in flour just until combined. Stir in HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup and chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into prepared baking pan.

  • Bake about 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Remove from oven; cool completely.

  • Cut into 12 squares. Serve with a scoop of Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and drizzle with HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup.
