Place Breyers Natural Vanilla in the fridge for 15–30 minutes, until slightly softened but not melted.
In a small cup or bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the warm water until it forms a smooth, lump-free paste. This step is key to avoiding any clumping.
Add half of the softened ice cream to a mixing bowl. Stir in the matcha paste until fully combined and evenly colored. Then add the remaining ice cream and gently fold it into blend.
Transfer the matcha-infused ice cream to a container or keep it in the mixing bowl, cover it, and place it in the freezer for about 1 hour to firm up before serving.
