- BIONICO CREAM:
- 1 cup Breyers® Mango Ice Cream, melted
- FRUIT SALAD:
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup cubed melon
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cubed orange
- 1/2 cup cubed pineapple
- 1/2 cup cubed peach
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup granola cereal
Scoop one cup of Breyers® Mango Ice Cream and allow ice cream to come to room temperature.
Combine chopped fruit together in a bowl. Divide fruit salad among 4 bowls.
Pour ¼ cup mango cream mixture over each cup of fruit.
Top each cup with 1 tablespoon each raisins and coconut. Then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over each cup.
