1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Breyers® Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 Heart shaped cookie cuttters
1 Pink, red and white icing
1 Natural Pink, red and white sprinkles

Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended, about 2 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Beat in ice cream until smooth and creamy. With mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour and baking soda. Cover dough and chill at least
1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°. On lightly floured surface, roll dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out heart shapes with cookie cutters. Arrange on baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, just until golden brown around edges. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely. Ice cookies and top with sprinkles as desired.
