Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened Breyers® CarbSmart™ Vanilla, PLUS additional for serving (optional)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Breyers® CarbSmart™ Vanilla
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray two 6-ounce ramekins with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until ingredients are well combined. Pour batter into prepared ramekins.

Bake 25 minutes or until a pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Serve immediately topped with Breyers® CarbSmart™ Vanilla if desired.
