Ingredients
- 8 large (3-in.) soft baked sugar cookies, divided
- 4 scoops Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream (about 1 cup)
- 4 scoops Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream or thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate flavored ice cream sauce
Directions

On bottom of 4 cookies, place 1 scoop each Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream, then gently press on remaining cookies, bottom-side-down. Evenly top with whipped cream, then drizzle with chocolate sauce. On cookie sheet, arrange ice cream sandwiches; cover and freeze 1 hour or until ready to serve.
