Enjoy some Easter-themed cake pops with Breyer's Natural Strawberry Ice Cream. A sweet and festive treat for all ages to enjoy!

1 box (15.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 cup Breyers® Natural Strawberry Ice Cream, melted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 cup prepared vanilla frosting
1 (14 oz. package) white chocolate candy melts
Lollypop sticks
Pastel colored sprinkles for decorating
In a bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat cake mix, melted Breyers® Natural Strawberry Ice Cream, oil and eggs. Mix on medium-low speed until smooth. Bake according to package instructions. Cool on wire rack.
When cake has cooled slightly; mash with a fork to break down, then combine with frosting in bowl until blended.
Melt candy melts according to package directions. Set aside. Use a small ice cream scooper to portion the cake pops. Then use your hands to roll into round balls. Insert lollipop sticks into cake pops. Dip pops evenly in melted white chocolate to coat on all sides. Top with sprinkles.
