- 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce *
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 cups Breyers® Original Extra Creamy Vanilla, slightly softened
- 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping, divided
Combine mango, lime juice, hot sauce and salt in small bowl; let sit at room temperature 20 minutes.
Stir mango mixture into Breyers® Original Extra Creamy Vanilla in medium bowl.
To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons caramel topping into each serving dish. Evenly top with Breyers® Original Extra Creamy Vanilla, then with remaining caramel topping.
