Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 4 tablespoons warm water (not boiling)
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk (or ant non-dairy milk)
  • 2 - 4 teaspoons of honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups Breyers® Non -Dairy Vanilla
  • Dairy free whipped cream (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with warm water until completely smooth and lump-free. This ensures even flavor and a creamy texture.

  2. In a blender, combine the dissolved matcha, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend briefly to combine.

  3. Add the Breyers Non-Dairy Vanilla and blend again until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into 4 tall glasses and top with a swirl of dairy-free whipped cream, if desired.

  5. Serve immediately.
