Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp dairy-free butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Breyers Non-Dairy Vanilla
Directions

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the dairy-free butter (or coconut oil).

While the butter melts, combine the sliced peaches, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl, mixing until evenly coated.

Spread the peaches in a single layer on the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the peaches are softened and golden brown.

Remove from heat and transfer the caramelized peaches to serving bowls.

Top with generous scoops of Breyers Non-Dairy Vanilla.

Serve immediately.
