1.5 teaspoon of culinary matcha powder
2 teaspoons vanilla syrup
1/4 cup water
1 cup sparkling water
4 scoops Breyers® Natural Vanilla

Add the matcha powder to a small bowl.
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of hot (but not boiling) water into the bowl with the matcha powder and whisk until fully dissolved and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla syrup and let the mixture cool.
Divide the matcha mixture evenly between two tall glasses.
Pour sparkling water into each glass until they’re about 2/3 full and gently stir.
Top each glass with two scoops of Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
Serve immediately.
